“Hero” – a next-generation business center under development in Vilnius’ central business district – is a unique project.

To date, over €50 million has been raised through six tranches of bond issuance:

– The first two private placement tranches raised a total of €13.5 million.

– The third tranche – a public issuance – was successfully completed as planned, with investors contributing an additional €6 million.

– The fourth tranche, due to exceptionally high investor interest, increased from the planned €4 million to €13.6 million.

– During the fifth tranche, demand once again exceeded supply by 1.5 times, raising €7.36 million instead of the planned €5.5 million.

– The sixth tranche saw demand surpass supply by more than two times, raising over €10 million compared to the planned €5 million.

In total, €77 million has already been invested into “Hero”, with total planned investments expected to reach approximately €112 million. The 31,600 sq. m business center, built to the A++ energy efficiency standard, is set to open this September.
