Bonds
A next-generation business center, Hero, is being developed in the central business district of Vilnius – a truly unique project.
To date, almost EUR 57 million has already been raised through seven stages of bond issuances:
-
The first two private issuances jointly attracted EUR 13.5 million.
-
The third issuance – a public one – was successfully implemented as planned, with investors contributing an additional EUR 6 million.
-
Due to exceptionally strong investor demand, the fourth issuance grew from the initially planned EUR 4 million to EUR 13.6 million.
-
During the fifth issuance, bond demand once again exceeded supply by 1.5 times, raising EUR 7.36 million instead of the planned EUR 5.5 million.
-
In the sixth issuance, demand exceeded supply by two times, with more than EUR 10 million raised versus the planned EUR 5 million.
-
In the seventh issuance, EUR 6 million was raised faster than expected, and reservations for this tranche were closed earlier than planned.
So far, around 1,500 investors from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have already contributed to the Hero project, jointly investing nearly EUR 57 million.
The total planned investment into the Hero business center – a 31,600 sq. m. A++ energy efficiency class development – will amount to up to EUR 112 million.
