Our Experience – Our Business Card
We started our activities in 2006, and today we can proudly say that we have completed more than 10 public, commercial, and residential projects in Vilnius alone.
When creating buildings and spaces, we pay great attention to their harmony with the environment and local infrastructure. We think not only about what is happening today but also about the long-term perspective, which is why we invest heavily in high-quality materials and integrated architectural solutions that help each project become an inseparable part of the city.
We care not only about the construction process but also about what happens around it. That’s why we focus on landscaping and neighborhood relations: we form communities and encourage mutual cooperation. We measure success not by time and smoothly executed construction, but by projects that integrate into society and create added value for Lithuanian business and the well-being of people.
So when designing business centers, our main goal is to create not only a cozy, functional but also an ergonomic work environment. This is embodied in the business centers we have built, such as “Pentagon,” “Gama,” “Beta,” and “Alfa.” We have even more ambitious goals with the current development of the “Hero” business center, which will be the first in the country to seek the international WELL building standard certification, as well as the “Breeam Excellent” sustainable building certificate.
The company currently employs over 30 permanent staff who are responsible for project development and construction management, sales and warranty services, marketing, and communication. However, for each project, “Realco” additionally unites a team of ambitious external professionals who ensure both the responsible development of the project in harmony with the city and its uniqueness.
